Stop payments cannot be placed on debit card transactions. If there is a transaction you did not authorize on your debit card you will need to file a claim by calling 855-556-1963 when the item has posted to the account.
To stop an electronic draft, the form is located under Statements and Forms followed by ACH Stop Payment. There is a $30.00 fee per stop payment.
To place a stop payment on a check select Manage My Account followed by check stop. There is a $30.00 fee per stop payment.
