The membership must be at least six months old before the member can use this service.
You can transfer funds to another account you own at another financial institution by selecting Transfer and Pay >External Funds Transfer. On the next screen select ADD EXTERNAL ACCOUNT.
The external funds transfer will process in two business days and does require the account to be verified before the transfer can be completed. To transfer to another financial institution your name must be on the account.
You can also use Pay a Person under Transfer and Pay. Pay a Person can be sent to anyone with a processing time of 2 business days.
