eBills

An eBill is an electronic copy of your paper bill that you can view anytime from within the Bill Pay service and typically contains the same information as your paper bill or statement. eBills are a secure and convenient way to keep all of your bills in one place. You will be notified when your bill arrives, and when it is due so you never have a late payment. If you are signed up to receive an eBill, it does not mean your bill will be automatically paid. You can, however, set up automatic payment rules to pay your eBills. Payees eligible to receive an eBill are identified by the “Get eBill” link on the left side of a payee's name on the main payments page.

eBills and Paper Statements

Some billers stop sending your paper bills when they start sending eBills. For these billers, you will be prompted to agree to receive only eBills during the eBill enrollment process.

Other billers continue to send paper bills in addition to your eBills or allow you to choose if you want to continue to receive paper bills. These options will be clearly presented to you during the eBill enrollment process.
