To transfer funds to another account at another institution select Transfer and Pay followed by External Funds Transfer.
- Select Transfer Money followed by Add External Account. The screen will prompt you to select a financial institution.
- Enter the credentials used to access the external financial institution’s online banking or mobile site. Click “Agree & Sign in” and follow the prompts.
- If you want to add an actual manually you can by keying in the account and routing number.
- The account will need to be verified with a small deposit within 1-3 business days.
- The reference code will be listed in the transaction description next to REF. The reference code is 4 digits long.
