Failed external transfers due to insufficient funds are not automatically resubmitted. NSF transfers must be rescheduled manually by visiting Transfer Money and rescheduling the transfer.
Notification of a failed external transfer is generated and sent to the via email. External transfers can only be rescheduled for the next business day.
