In the meantime, we would recommend placing a block on your card to prevent additional fraud under Card Management. To access card management on the website please go to Manage My Account> Card Management and on the mobile app select MORE> Card Management.
We are unable to dispute charges that are pending on cards. You can request a new card through chat, secure support, phone or in a local branch.
